About Hapoel Tel-Aviv
Hapoel Tel-Aviv (also known as “Hapoel”), one of the prestigious football clubs in Israel, was founded in 1927. Since that time, Hapoel has played exclusively in the Israeli Premier League with the exception of a single year in which it was relegated to play in the second league.

The team is known as “the Red Devils” and wears red uniforms. Hapoel has won 12 Israeli Championships, 12 National Cups and one Asian Team Cup. Hapoel has participated for several years in the European team competitions and its most notable achievement was reaching the quarter finals in the UEFA Cup. Hapoel has defeated many European teams, including A.C. Milan, Chelsea F.C., Parma F.C., Rangers F.C. and PSG.
